Broadband Wireless Access (BWA)
As the first and premier wireless provider in the area, our BWA service is reliable and has a blazing speed of 5.5Meg. The installation is simple with a 10" square antenna mounted on your roof, building, garage, gazebo, or even trees. A small cable is run into the house/office and attaches to a power unit, and then you can connect multiple computers, i-pods, x-box and broadband telephone service!
Service is available in many areas of Smyth County including Adwolf, Chilhowie, Marion, Rich Valley, parts of Thomas Bridge area. We have more than ten relays throughout the county and if you can see one of them, you can get service. So, if you are not in the areas listed, it is still possible you can get service.
Typical instalation is $100.00 with a monthly fee of $38.00 (Yearly Discount available upon request)
Local and Long distance Telephone Service
Using any broadband Internet connection we can also provide local and U.S. long distance telephone service including all of the features you have come to rely on such as caller-ID, call waiting, call forwarding, three way calling, voice mail and many other features.
Best of all, you can keep your current Smyth County telephone number or we can assign new numbers as desired! We are the first and only digital phone provider in Smyth County!
Two jack telephone Adapater $65. Monthly $25 per line (No other taxes at this time)
Computer Service and Repairs
We are glad to provide any type of service and repair your computer might need. Our services include, though not limited to, virus and spyware removal, performance optimization, updates for your operating system and software, installation/re-installation of operating systems and software, system upgrades, hardware installation and much more!

National Dial-up with V.92 service
An upgraded dial-up access is available in Washington, Smyth, and Wythe counties. All you need is a v.92 compatible modem. Our service also includes great features such as Powerful Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus e-mail filtering, modem on hold, & quick connect.
