There is no charge for help with internet settings such as dial-in numbers, e-mail settings, initial setup, and questions in regard to the usage of our dial-up or wireless services.

Other issues which include removing viruses, spyware, installation of anti-virus programs, modem replacement or other maintenance and repair issues must be completed in our office and hourly fees will apply.

We will be happy to answer your questions about daily computer maintenance and recommend a good anti-virus and anti-spyware program.
