There is no charge for help with internet settings such as dial-in numbers, e-mail settings, initial setup, and questions in regard to the usage of our dial-up or wireless services.
Other issues which include removing viruses, spyware, installation of anti-virus programs, modem replacement or other maintenance and repair issues must be completed in our office and hourly fees will apply.
